Ok, look, I don't know what happened to my game, i played normally before, but now when i launch it it shows me the blue screen with shurikens, or i think it is the starting screen but i can actually hear myself moving behind the screen, so, i am actually playing but some screen is blocking my seeing? Please make it fixed

App won’t allow me to complete boss level it crashes and closes as I kill the boss on the level. I have uninstalled/installed app and it still doesn’t work, originally I was in contract 200+ now it’s crashing in contract 47 I believe Please advise. Thank you

App won’t allow me to complete boss level it crashes and closes as I kill the game boss on the level. I’m pretty deep in so it’s a high level. I can complete missions but can’t complete this level for three days now please advise
