I'm getting asked to add my organisation when I log into my phone app. When I put in my organisation, I get a message saying "something went wrong" and I can't log in to my phone. I can log in to my laptop so I know the username and password are correct.

How to fix Podio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Podio app on iPhone
Update Podio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Podio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Podio on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Podio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Podio Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Podio not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Podio App
1. On android, goto Settings » Podio » click [Force Stop]

Update Podio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Podio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Podio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Podio.

Fix Podio unable to contact server/ Podio internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Podio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Podio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Podio
