2 to 3 weeks ago the Benefits by WEX app on my android phone (Pixel 4a) stopped working. It briefly flashes a light blue / gray splash screen with the WEX logo on it then closes. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled the app but it continues to do the same thing. Are there settings on an Android phone that I can look at that might be preventing the WEX app from starting up? Version 15.0 is the level of app I am presently trying to install from the Google Play Store.

How to fix Benefits app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Benefits app on iPhone
Update Benefits app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Benefits iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Benefits on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Benefits network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Benefits Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Benefits not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Benefits App
1. On android, goto Settings » Benefits » click [Force Stop]

Update Benefits to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Benefits App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Benefits » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Benefits.

Fix Benefits unable to contact server/ Benefits internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Benefits » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Benefits » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
