2 to 3 weeks ago the Benefits by WEX app on my android phone (Pixel 4a) stopped working. It briefly flashes a light blue / gray splash screen with the WEX logo on it then closes. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled the app but it continues to do the same thing. Are there settings on an Android phone that I can look at that might be preventing the WEX app from starting up? Version 15.0 is the level of app I am presently trying to install from the Google Play Store.
