My husband and I have tried unsuccessfully 3 different nights to have the 2 factor authentication code sent to either my email or iPhone. He is already up and running in his phone. He sent me an invite for the family sharing and I accepted. We always get as far as the app sending me the code. It has never shown up on my phone - email or phone. I have removed the app numerous times as well as rebooted phone. Nothing helps. I have a recently purchased 2022 Cadillac XT5 Sport. We have a case #: 214701627.

Mycadillac app never sends verification code required to load the app. The app is unusable.
Initially it was requesting a 2 step verification, but would never send the code to my email or my phone. I then reset my password, initiating via the app. I tried to login, asked for 2 step verification again and still didn't send the code. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and when I login with password only, it stays on the loading screen and never loads.
App not requesting pin/finger print at start up and none of the button functions (start, locks, lights, etc) work.
Have tried everything. Removed, installed removed reinstalled etc. Try to remote start, unlock, lock, system will say sending but never change. Appears to be stuck. Have latest IOS for iphone. Nothing is working
