How to fix BookBuddy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BookBuddy app on iPhone
Update BookBuddy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BookBuddy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BookBuddy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BookBuddy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BookBuddy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BookBuddy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BookBuddy App
1. On android, goto Settings » BookBuddy » click [Force Stop]

Update BookBuddy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BookBuddy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BookBuddy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BookBuddy.

Fix BookBuddy unable to contact server/ BookBuddy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BookBuddy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BookBuddy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BookBuddy
