My iPad Air will not enter sleep mode when reading a book using the cloudLibrary app. I have app background updates disabled. Does the app have a setting to allow sleep mode while reading a book?
Can’t see my history or holds, says unable to authenticate my account! Now it won’t allow me to log back in with the Rancho Cucamonga Library but my other library still works.
Unable to open "holds" section on my app. I keep getting the "Error: The application has experienced a web service error". I have restarted my phone several times, cleared the cache and data, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing has fixed it.
States there was a problem authenticating my account, it was a Great Application until this happened!
search produces blank search results page; e.g. "william shakespeare" produces no results samasung tab-A SM-T510
Never had a problem before but "No titles match this criteria, try adjusting filters" is being being displayed. I don't know how to rectify this.
Lasat 2 books eAudiobooks I checked out won't play consistently. Every couple chapters it stops playing and displaying playback error. Can't get past that point. Previously it seemed like entire book would download to iphone, and I could replay anywhere, on a plane, etc. Now the download arrow appears, but I can't click it. Book remembers where I left off, but won't go past that point. Tried updating app, no luck. Rebooted phone, no luck.

Lost the ability to look up a word when reading a book. Previously, all it took was hold your finger on the word, a pop up menu asks if you want to go to dictionary, internet search etc. Now all i get in the pop up is “copy, highlight, or note. iPad air 4, 16.4.1 software version, and using Cloud reader on books from Windsor Public Library. The app STILL loses its place when turning a page (not every time, but enough to drive one insane!
Everything I had saved was gone. I tried logging out and relogging back in. That didn’t work. I deleted the app and tried reinstalling. Now it says request timed out every time I try to log back in.

Unable to sign in onto either iOS app or website with my Los Gatos Library account but does work for my San Jose Library account
WAS LISTENING TO BOOKS JUST FINE UP UNTIL AN HOUR OR SO AGO. WAS NOT ABLE TO RETURN A FINISHED AUDIOBOOK. TRIED TO UNISTALL APP AND POWERED DOWN PHONE PER ONLINE STEPS WHEN APP IS NOT WORKING AND NOW I CAN'T EVEN LOG INTO THE APP. I HOPE THIS ISSUE SOLVES ITSELF SOON. I USE THIS APP ALOT TO GET THROUGH MY MONTHLY TBR'S.
Cloud library used to work fine but then just said there was a problem with my library card. Called my library, they said my card was fine. Now it says it can’t authenticate my account. It was great, now it’s a dud!
My current check outs are fine However both Hold and Saved take forever to load and say I have nothing when I do
