My gospel library keeps crashing on my iPad and iPhone

The app keeps crashing on my Chromebook this morning. I can read 3-5 verses before it crashes again. I have restarted my computer but it has not solved the problem.

Often the audio won’t play when I am away from my home/home wifi network. Occasionally it will, but most often it doesn’t. Sometimes I can’t listen to audio when I am at home. I have looked at my settings and cellular data is enabled. I have also updated the app to the latest version.

I have an iPhone 12. Gospel Library works fine (at first). As time goes on, simple function quit working. As an example:, after restarting the app, several minutes go by and I try to highlight some a verse, the window to "Mark - Note - Tag" window won't appear. Or I'm going along and tap on the link icon on the right side of a scripture, nothing happens. At this point, I kill the app and restart the app, then things are fine (for a while), then as time goes by it has the same problems I've mentioned. I've restarted my iphone and this does not resolve the issue(s). Are these known problems? Or any advice would be appreciated. Evan

It wont download the scriptures, so I cant search the scriptures, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of having a digital library. I long-press the scriptures icon until the options to download pop up. I press "download all".....and nothing happens. I've reinstalled the app, restarted my phone (Android) and still nothing.

When I transferred apps from my old phone to my new phone the progress bar to the right while I’m in the scriptures, disappeared. My husband has the exact same phone and no issues. I deleted and reinstalled but it is still not working.

When I try to type a note, if I pause for a second, I must keep repositioning the curser. Very annoying!
