App won’t open after update. Wish I could update password with app and do mobile deposit. Tired of sitting on the phone to be transferred for everything.
This update is confusing, the directions are unclear, and now I cannot get into my account at all. There is no way retrieve my information or use the new app. So frustrating
FirstPeoplesCommunity definitely needs updated only allowed 6 transfers a month it’s only the 12 and I’ve already reached that.
It works ok for what it does. You can check your balances, view transactions, transfer between accounts and Agee other things. However, there is no bill pay through FirstPeoplesCommunity and most importantly, there is no mobile deposit. While most other banks offering mobile deposit FirstPeoplesCommunity is really lacking. Nobody wants to have to go to the bank anymore. Without mobile deposit, this is the one thing that keeps me from taking all my banking business to First People's.
Wish I could see the password so I could write it down or reset the password on FirstPeoplesCommunity .
Application works perfect. My only concern is I would like to be able to make mortgage payments from app instead of laptop. Also would like to see info on routing number posted.
Love the recently added bill pay feature! One last item I’d like to see added is the ability to see pending transactions. Other than that, FirstPeoplesCommunity is perfect!
Finally getting up to date with the times and adding in the check deposit into FirstPeoplesCommunity , as well as optimizing for iOS 10!

Easy to enroll and it has streamlined my banking. I appreciate the multi factor authentication and other security features. Using the biometrics to login has simplified the log in process and the transfer between accounts was so easy.
