    Invalid Password

    Every couple week the app tells me my password or user is is invalid. The website lets me log in with my password and user I’d. It makes no sense and every couple weeks the bank has to reset it. Every time I call customer service they say no one is there to help me but when I go to a branch they are able to get a hold of someone in customer service to help. I have always loved people’s bank but this makes me very frustrated. I’m not sure why lower quality banks are able to have good online and in-app banking but People’s can’t.

    Used to work, but is now garbage

    The app used to work fine, but within the last month or two, it no longer lets me log in. It just says my session has timed out. This is highly annoying. So I’ve been having to log in through the website. Once I did that, I noticed I had 6,000 points I had earned through purchases that the app never let me see. The app *could* be good, but right now it’s just tracking up space on my phone.

    Amazing App

    I’m a teenager that doesn’t do well with money. This app lets me see exactly how much money I have in my account shes it’s updated every time you spend anything. I absolutely love it and I don’t understand why it’s only at a 2.6 star rating

    Annoying app

    Like someone else stated, I have to constantly put in my password instead of being able to use Touch ID. Part of the time when I have logged on it spins but won’t open. I just got something that popped up on it that said something about a dictionary and I couldn’t get out of it without hitting the okay button. I need to use this app to bank, but I find it to be very unreliable when I want to use it.

    Should show time

    I think on the app it should show times when you make purchases and when your pay loads just in case something happens and say money is their and not should show the times as well with the fates it was posted.

    Wont let me stay logged in

    App used to work great but for the last month it won’t work for me. Have to authenticate my account every time I log in, then it kicks me out after about 5 seconds and makes me do the hole process over again, it does this on repeat. Very frustration.

    Was good.

    The app worked good until the update. Now I have to continually use password after I have specified to use fingerprint log in. Also every time I log in I get the what’s new. It’s to the point I don’t even use the app unless I need to. If it is not going to work the way I have set it up to then I won’t use it.

    Can’t sign in

    Since this last update I can’t get into my account. It keeps making use the user name and password then immediately signs me back out as soon as my account screen comes up. This needs fixed hopefully soon!

    Horrible app

    The app always crashes, never saves my login info, and constantly kicks me out of the app. Honestly a huge headache and forces me to call customer service to reset my password even though its entered correctly. If I could rate negative stars I would.

    Bugs

    It worked perfectly fine at first, then it didn’t let me sign in with my finger print like I’d prefer. Now I have to sign in manually, not that it matters since it signs me out as soon as it signs me in basically. Not sure what to do at this point.

    Used to be fine

    Now it's terrible since update. Have to continually enter info and act like I'm a first time user, info rarely saves. Now Mint keeps having issues auto updating my account and has to keep sending codes. Inconvenient.

    Getting pathetic!!!

    Every time I log in, I get about 5 seconds into my session before I am automatically signed out. Without this problem? 5 star app. No problems at all. But now, just fix this problem please!

    Doesn’t work

    I downloaded this app from the previous app. This one doesn’t work most of the time. It’s always giving me the retry message. It is very frustrating. I would not recommend this app.

    Bad location signal

    Good app but needs their locations updated. Jackson, OH isn’t even recognized properly. Says it’s still 11 miles away when I’m on top of it.

    Bugged

    The app was good, until a recent update. Now I have to go through and completely sign in every time just to get 3 seconds on my profile before an error occurs and I’m back to the sign on page.
