Upgraded app has a lot of problems

2024-11-17

The newly upgraded app has a lot of non-functional links. Even the ones that do work take 5-10 seconds to respond. Plus there’s no way to go back to the previous screen in Culvers (iPhone has no back button) so if your looking at something like the food and you go into a specific item, you have to go back to the home screen and start over. Trying to find out what’s in a specific flavor of the day took multiple screens to find. You used to just be able to tap on the flavor itself on the main screen but not anymore.

And btw if you tap on the “menu” button on the top right, 90% of the listed items do nothing (none of the “about this app” or contact us or jobs).

Frustrating app

2024-11-17

Obviously, Culvers still has glitches and was not well designed. It does not keep my updated profile information. There is NO “Done” button to finalize any updates/edits in the Account Information section of My Profile so the info I enter just disappears! Also, the “Done” in the birthday question is on the left when it is on the right in other areas. This means a person can cancel their edited info if they aren’t careful. On top of it, I had to create a new account because it doesn’t even have a “Forgot Password?” option to reset my password. I definitely won’t be using Culvers or putting any credit card info with this many problems.

App is not functional

2024-11-17

I have to agree with other reviewers of Culvers. I’m not sure of the purpose if you can’t order directly from Culvers and have it available for pick up. Culver’s is a great chain, but they need to step
up on this mobile/tech world we live in. Chipotle, Jimmy John’s, Domino’s, among others all have this figured out. As a mother of two busy teenagers, being able to order food for them from my phone so that they can go pick up is not really a luxury, it’s an expectation and way of life.

Try again Craig Culver

2024-11-17

I agree with other reviews, Culvers is not user friendly. When I select my location, why can’t I see the prices on the menu? You have a “cart” section, which is obviously just for show because when you click on it, it does nothing.
The menu is difficult to maneuver through without backing up on pages and moving forward on others

With a chain store like Culver’s, you’d think they would have a better app. Try again Craig Culver

Not useful

2024-11-17

What’s the point of Culvers if you can’t place an order... really. Isn’t the point of mobile apps it make consumers experience more convenient? From clothing stores, groceries, restaurants, online anything... you can order from it. Culvers says come look at our menu then go to the store look at the menu and place your order. What a waste... I would have loved to have been in the planning meeting for this to hear the logic behind this strategy.

No added value in app

2024-11-17

There is nothing in Culvers that adds value - all information can be found easier and quicker through a simple google search. Online ordering is non-existent and sets Culvers into permanent spinning status. The nutrition information by product is worse as there is no easy way to navigate to another menu option short of closing and restarting Culvers . Save yourself the storage space and just use chrome.

Too many steps

2024-11-17

Culvers has so much potential. I often use it for looking up the flavor of the day. It shows the flavor of the day and if I click on “View My Flavor Forecast”, it will show me the rest of the month, with is great. What isn’t great, is that I think you should be able to tap the flavor and see the description. But instead, I have to click several places until I get to the list of all the flavors and scroll down to see that one. I would like this would be an easy thing to set up. It would also be good to see the nutrition info for the Flavor of the Day.

Used to be decent...

2024-11-17

I have always liked Culvers and while it could offer so much more, it always worked for what I needed... I used to use Culvers to find which of the locations in my area had my favorite flavors and how many weight watchers points each item I liked costs me. It served that purpose but now Culvers doesn't even stay open long enough for me to do anything! Every single time I try to call a location Culvers shuts down... Every time I try to look up brownie batter overload it shuts down... Please fix the bugs or it's not even worth having.

Crappy app and website

2024-11-17

So, after multiple attempts, I was able to create an account and login. That was last month. Today, my password doesn’t work. I tapped the link to reset my password. I followed the rules for a new password (upper and lowercase, number, symbol, 6+ characters). All I get is INVALID TOKEN. I’ve tried several passwords that meet the criteria but nothing gets me past INVALID TOKEN. I’m deleting Culvers . 😡

What’s the Point?

2024-11-17

We just got a Culver’s in our town so I downloaded Culvers and began perusing through it. It’s a nice overview of their menu, however, it doesn’t show prices, combo meals, nor can you place an order with it. That’s why I have food apps: too check out the menu, order ahead and pay, have it ready and pick it up and eat at home, away from rotten people! How is it conducive to anyone having to get to the restaurant, order, wait for your food, get it and go home? It’s nonsensical and it’d be cheaper for Culver’s to stuff a paper menu in the food bag instead of wasting phone space on an app with an incomplete menu of the restaurant.

Much better

2024-11-17

Update: Culvers is MUCH better. It’s fully functional and quite enjoyable to use. The GUI issues have been completely fixed and is fully compatible with the newer iPhones.

Original: Culvers isn’t great. If you have an iPhone with a notch (X, XR, XS, or XS Max), the shortcuts at the top of Culvers get cut off. Secondly, Culver’s eClub recently became MyCulver’s, and I have never been successful with logging into my account in Culvers . Culvers has crashed every time I’ve opened it, even after restarting my phone and reinstalling Culvers . Culver’s is my favorite fast-food restaurant, and it’s disappointing that their app doesn’t work. Once Culvers ’s GUI updates, I will certainly give it another try and edit my review accordingly.

Flavors not described

2024-11-17

Ok app but it would be nice if when you click on your locations flavor of the day the resulting page would describe the flavor in the same way it does in your list of favorite flavors when you click on them. This is weird because other than the lack of a description the resulting pages look about the same.

5 stars for convenience

2024-11-17

New contemporary look is refreshing and app fixes are impressive. Improved search functionality, in app location service, and a well-integrated payment option allows for a convenient user friendly experience. Nutritional info is easily accessible and visibility of my order history makes re-ordering easy. Can’t wait until more locations are available for online ordering. Perfect for when I’m on the go!

Wow! Total revamp!

2024-11-17

Culvers is a giant improvement over the older one. It has been completely revamped and is far more intuitive. Plus, you can order online and it will be hot and ready when you arrive, so cool. Definitely check it out!
