I've tried for days with my different receipts. It won't accept ANY of them.
I’m unable to enter code from receipt for survey. Will not give me alpha characters to enter only numbers. There’s only 15 digits not 18. So how do I enter the info for the survey to receive the free cone?

Your tell culvers website where I am trying to enter the 18 digit code will only accept 15 digits and no more. Then it tells me that my submission is in error because it will not accept all 18 digits. Help!
