How to fix Wahoo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wahoo app on iPhone
Update Wahoo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wahoo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wahoo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wahoo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wahoo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wahoo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wahoo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wahoo » click [Force Stop]

Update Wahoo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wahoo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wahoo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wahoo.

Fix Wahoo unable to contact server/ Wahoo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wahoo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wahoo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
