How to fix Zocdoc app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Zocdoc app on iPhone
Update Zocdoc app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Zocdoc iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Zocdoc on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Zocdoc network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Zocdoc Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Zocdoc not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Zocdoc App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zocdoc » click [Force Stop]

Update Zocdoc to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zocdoc App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zocdoc » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zocdoc.

Fix Zocdoc unable to contact server/ Zocdoc internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zocdoc » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zocdoc » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
