iPhone - 13 Max Pro Latest software iOS and APP (June 2023) Unable to login. Error message "There was a problem" No other details. Support unable to reproduce on android. No resolution or confirmation of problem. Been using for years with issue only occurring recently.

I can't login with my android app. I put in my user name and password and click on continue it flashes and comes back to the same screen. I am able to login online. It has not functioned for at at least 8 weeks (Gave me the same issue last time I donated blood).

One day the app logged me out and now won't let me log back in. just keeps saying there was an error. I deleted the app, cleared cookies, reinstalled, changed password, nothings working. I can log into the website perfectly fine, but the app isn't working for me.
