I love how cheap the price are! Quality vs price😍compared to other store so I had been shopping here since when I found HauteLookNordstromRack and spent lots on here more than anything else-my only addiction. Shipping sometimes fast sometimes take forever.
I hate that site is a little messy, lots of stuff that are available until you clicked it only to see it’s OUT! They will also cancel your order for OUT of STOCK reason but wait! Why is this still available on site? I also had one order that had been shipped but few hours later, instead of the package coming to me, it’s moving back to the warehouse-reason? Wrong price and had been advised to re-buy it for full price.
The SAD🙁🥺part is after spending good amount of money, they wont let me put items in my cart while logged in. I can only add items while logged out then go and logged in when I am ready for check out and in that case, all items in my cart should go for check out coz they won’t let me delete any just en case I change my mind and if I go back or press back button, it is going to delete all in my cart.
I don’t understand this action, just bcoz I like adding and deleting, and sometimes I don’t check out my items when it’s not enough to get free shipping cause me this? Why? It’s not that nobody can buy it bcoz once it’s expired...it’s going back on site.

Merch is sometimes great. Selection is sometimes great. Quality is sometimes great. Customer service is atrocious. HauteLookNordstromRack is constantly buggy and inefficient. I have received incorrect items. I have received damaged items. I have waited twice as long for shipping than expected (especially frustrating considering they charge for shipping unless you spend 100). Some of my favorite pieces have come from the rack but it doesn’t make up for the all the shortcomings. Nordstrom should consider distancing themselves from HauteLook because it brings shame on the Nordstrom brand name. Especially in the customer service department.

So far I love that both Haute & Nordstrom Rack are in one & I placed three orders & 1st ordered shipped fast & secure. Downside learned items have to be re-added to your basket if not pd for in a timely manner so I lost out on free shipping however, called customer service next day as I’m a night owl & they adjusted it just fine for me. I’m using my iPhone & very pleased. Thanks bunches.

I’ve been using HauteLookNordstromRack on my iPhone for many years and I love it! It’s fast and organized nicely. I just now downloaded HauteLookNordstromRack on my iPad, and so far it’s just as smooth as my iPhone.

I like the prices and selection of the merchandise. I also like the Nordstrom Rack side of HauteLookNordstromRack , it has even more good stuff on sale!

You only get a free shipping if the total price you pay is at least $100. I would buy more often if the case isn’t like that. I force myself to buy a little bit more than I should have to take advantage of the free shipping, which should not be the case every time. I would buy, then, on a different website who offers free shipping for a lesser overall price like Macy’s.

Love the ease of purchasing from a wonderful selection of quality items. Delivery is quick & returns are flawless. Has become my go-to for shopping online.

I can’t explain how much frustration HauteLookNordstromRack brings to me! 9/10 times HauteLookNordstromRack doesn’t open or it takes extremely long to open. By the time it does open I no longer have the desire to use it. It is a real shame since the actual products is amazing. I notice HauteLookNordstromRack getting updates pretty often but the slowness never seems to get better same goes for the Nordstrom Rack app and NORDSTROM app.

If I wanted to search for blouses or tops and specifically type “blouses” into the search bar, why would I get results back that include everything else? What is the point of searching when you get a ridiculous, disorganized, load of items I am not searching for? If I type in “skirt” it means I am looking for a skirt. Duh. Come on HauteLook. What is your problem?

I spent two hours searching for clothes for a trip and filling my cart. The search feature became buggy and started turning up zero results where I knew that wasn’t possible, and then my cart was empty. No way to recover the items I had saved and I couldn’t remember the names of them. What a frustrating waste of time. I suppose HauteLookNordstromRack wants you to feel rushed and buy right away.

I love Nordstrom and HauteLookNordstromRack is so easy to use. The only thing I would like for HauteLookNordstromRack to have is an alert once the thing on my wish list go on sale.

Easy shopping, easy checkout, easy returns, never had a problem. So great deals can be found. The weekly brand sale update text is a really nice feature.

The new update is extremely frustrating. It lags as you scroll through items and jumps around unexpectedly. Please don’t force an update if the new version is less user-friendly. I won’t shop on HauteLook until there’s a new update—it’s just too frustrating right now.

I have never had a problem with HauteLookNordstromRack. Have always got my merchandise in a reasonable time. I have been reading negative reviews. I have not ever experienced any of them❤️

I had a shipping issue where I never received my package. They took care of my situation easily and painlessly. They also have great products at very good discounts!

I try to update my app, but popup a message saying that it’s no longer available and the developer remove HauteLookNordstromRack , why is that?... in the website appears the link to HauteLookNordstromRack -store for downloading HauteLookNordstromRack . I don’t understand what’s happens. And when I want to send something to the cart, shows a message saying “there a currently no items on your cart”
