Essential items not working
Having used NHHotelGroup I came to realize how bad it truly is when trying to make a booking: submitting payment was impossible, trying several times with somekind of server error. Had to book with same info on webpage. Managing booking also impossible, server error again, upps what a coincidence. Finally tried to submit app feedback through the feature from NHHotelGroup menu, arrived at a 404 page not found...what an embarrassment for this lousy webapp!

Poor app and lack of accuracy
Lovey stays at NH Hotels, but app is not at the same hotel standard. NHHotelGroup does not provide the same account information as the website. Past reservations can't be removed from my reservation list, future reservation aren't listed (website has same problem), and rewards activity isn't always accurate this requiring an email to customer care to correct the issue.

Great concept - Errors prevents use
IPhone 7+, loaded app to perform hotel pre-check in for NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. App required a reset of my password three times, finally get to room selection and error message when entering payment info. Wish it worked, we wanted to drop our bags and get to the city as quickly as we can. We only have 24 hrs before our next destination.

Avoid app in iphone and ipad platforms
I tried to use both the iphone X and ipad platforms and just waisted my time. All you get is a “local error” message and when I tried to contact “NH Rewards” option in the contact us section it indicates “null”. Way to go if you want to have “loyal customers”...

useless app
NHHotelGroup is virtually useless. After I log in, it never finds my upcoming booking, and I have to manually enter confirmation number, name, and date. Why bother having this unhelpful app?

missing "that one critical feature"
Deals? Check. Hotels? Check. Contact Info? Check.
Manage your reservation? Can't comment.
Because:
New Membership Signup? Check. Old Membership Login? Not there.
Fix that and it could be a solid hotel travel app.

NHHotelGroup is useless, you can’t check your bookings, you can’t check your account, you can’t book hotels - i deleted NHHotelGroup

1. NHHotelGroup does not accept my username and password combo; yes, I double checked to make sure they were correct.

Broken Code?
App will not allow previously made reservations for future stays to be added or saved to “My Bookings”despite being logged into a user account. It pulls the information, but gives the error code, “language parameter not found” when selecting “Add To My Bookings”. It’s inefficient to have to reenter all the information every time to see any detail of your trip.
