If you want to access your reservations forget about it! You have to go through multiple windows and log in every time you open BarcelóHotelGroup . Easier to forego BarcelóHotelGroup and just go to the website on your browser.

DO NOT TRUST this app

We made 7am reservation through BarcelóHotelGroup and received confirm message. However, when we went to their reception at 7am, they told us “we will start from 9am”.
BarcelóHotelGroup is super crazy, DO NOT TRUST & DO NOT USE BarcelóHotelGroup!!!

Frequently crashes and not very practical

BarcelóHotelGroup crashes freezes and crashes more often than not and is very complicated. Needs a major overhaul if this company really wants people to use it.

Can't log in

Just downloaded BarcelóHotelGroup and it won't let me log in. Keeps jumping back to the log in/ sign up page.

App don’t work for Barcelo Bavaro Beach or Palace

BarcelóHotelGroup does not work for the Barcelo Bavaro Palace or Beach Adult Side. It used to but now it says hotel not found. I will be returning here and would like BarcelóHotelGroup to work.

I just downloaded this and BarcelóHotelGroup doesn’t work. The main screen opens and says “loading” but nothing ever happens. 👎

Don’t waste time

The only information that is somewhat complete is the kids club schedule. Times and activities are not 100% accurate. NO OTHER info is in BarcelóHotelGroup . No shows, activities, etc...

Crashes, logs out

BarcelóHotelGroup is a joke. It simply connects to website, but unlike a stable browser BarcelóHotelGroup crashes and logs out from the account. You have to enter login info over and over again
