Dubai Police Reviews

After wasting hours trying to find my police report I was prompted to call the helpline (more like unhelpful line) to get more info.

I called and they sent me a text with the URL to my police report. I click the link and it says error. I called again and they say contact the branch which o tried to call several times to no avail. No one answered my call.

I now plan to visit the branch and take a queue ticket and wait hours just to get a simple traffic police report.

DubaiPolice proved to me that "Smart Governemnt" is a hoax. I still have to do what I what have been doing in 1995, to solve a simple problem.

Parking in front of my garage I call they say use app I use app they say will manage in 15 minutes so I am stuck for 15 min at home can’t go to my work that if it’s not emergency.
Second Incident not managing to pay my motorcycle fine as it’s requiring to put Letter before the number and the bike has no letter .

The application needs a window were we can find the status of our application and when sometimes the payment declined we can pay with different kind of payment through the same window. Because the have done a service application but the payment didn’t go through. I tried to find a way to find my application to pay it with different but I couldn’t find also I tried to apply for the same service since it should be not completed because of the payment but also I couldn’t because there was an application on the same details. So I’m stuck.

Every time i try to open it asks for update and when (app store ) opens to update it ., then it says open so i keep back and forth and can’t open it . Pls fix it

Amazing app still lagging behind the Website when it comes to features. I tried to login with UAE PASS and it dose not work not info given on how to fix it. Also not all requests types are available on DubaiPolice unlike the website. Like I said the Website is very good and mobile friendly.

Great app but I wish the ‘We are police’ tab includes the to add dashcam video rather than being only able to add ‘live’ video which is impractical while driving.

Please allow for uploading photos as many people don’t have the items needed to photograph (other person’s car for example), once they leave the scene of the accident.

Unable to pay fines promptly. Keeps asking to start again after going through step 2 of fine payment.

Informative app. Functions like filing a complaint and paying fines works well. Five starts from me.

Might only visit Dubai Police app to see if I had a speed fine but I find the overall efficiency and level of service top drawer. Respect:

It’s sad whenever I try to open DubaiPolice is crashing. I tried after deleting and installing again and again in iPhone 11 and iPhone 6s Plus same problem. Something is wrong in DubaiPolice after upgrading. Please fix it, I think nobody reported this error in this application.

Amazingly convenient. Can be improved so hope the developers keep working on it. But concept is great and the implementation pretty good too.

This is fantastic information but I wish it would advise of accidents within a certain radius of my location.

I’m surprised of how well made dubai police app is. Most iOS features supported ( Pay, Dark Mode, Voice Over..)
As well as huge variety of services provided by dubai police is now available in DubaiPolice .
Next step should be Sign-In with Apple.

Its easy to use and aesthetic. My favourite thing is jow many functions it has. You can see reported crimes for any location with just DubaiPolice! Including car accidents to avoid traffic jams.

I want to thank you Dubai police for making each and everyone feel safe and secure , No matter wherever you go in this world, the kind of safety you feel in Dubai , can not get in any part of the world.

This application allows the owners and drivers of the cars to see their fines. The savings for both government and public is enormous of savings.

By allowing drivers to PT fines, not only saves time and resources to both entities, is truly brilliant.

I wish the US will follow this model and the savings will be beyond imagination CH
