Useless app

After wasting hours trying to find my police report I was prompted to call the helpline (more like unhelpful line) to get more info.
I called and they sent me a text with the URL to my police report. I click the link and it says error. I called again and they say contact the branch which o tried to call several times to no avail. No one answered my call.
I now plan to visit the branch and take a queue ticket and wait hours just to get a simple traffic police report.
This app proved to me that "Smart Governemnt" is a hoax. I still have to do what I what have been doing in 1995, to solve a simple problem.

Parking in front of my garage I call they say use app I use app they say will manage in 15 minutes so I am stuck for 15 min at home can’t go to my work that if it’s not emergency.
Second Incident not managing to pay my motorcycle fine as it’s requiring to put Letter before the number and the bike has no letter .

Declined Payment and status window.

The application needs a window were we can find the status of our application and when sometimes the payment declined we can pay with different kind of payment through the same window. Because the have done a service application but the payment didn’t go through. I tried to find a way to find my application to pay it with different but I couldn’t find also I tried to apply for the same service since it should be not completed because of the payment but also I couldn’t because there was an application on the same details. So I’m stuck.
