Freezing on orders page
A notification on 7/20/2024 says I have 4 medications that are no longer covered by my insurance. Is this a fact, or is it caused by the current cyber problems?
I can not stop the web site welcome screen from re-loading over and over. It happens on both my windows 11 machines and needs a compatible code fix. I have to use my android phone which is hard for me. Please fix the OptumRX website which I have used for years without issue. Now it is unusable and frustrating.
This site just keeps loading and loading and loading. It is not responsive to any link. It is unusable. It has been this way forever.... or it just a blur. Can someone please fix this site.
After putting in user id and password, next screen just keeps reloading on Windows 10 pro and windows 11 pro. But it works fine with my Kindle on Android.
Optumrx website keep reloading when I attempt to sign on!
This has been happening for quite a while. I can login but when it gets to the Welcome Michael screen it keeps going away and reloading to the Welcome Micheal screen. Please help.
After I login, home page keeps refreshing. Can not do anything but watch it refresh constantly.
Says "Network Connection Error" after I click "submit" on my claim, despite the site itself having no other issues. I've tried to submit a claim several times tonight, each page loads just fine, it's just until the final step (which is incredibly frustrating). My internet is also working fine.
