My mobily app on my android phone has not been working for over a month now. I have done all updates and I even changed phones but the problem persists.

How to fix Mobily app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mobily app on iPhone
Update Mobily app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mobily iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mobily on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mobily network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mobily Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mobily not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mobily App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mobily » click [Force Stop]

Update Mobily to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mobily App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mobily » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mobily.

Fix Mobily unable to contact server/ Mobily internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mobily » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mobily » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
