This is one of the worst apps in the banking industry. Navigation is terrible. You cannot continue where you left off, for example when consulting bank statements. You have to go back to the beginning to select again from a menu option which isn’t even prioritized, and then you have to click and click and click again to get a pdf. You should really consult an American bank app to compare. No wonder people in Mexico hate technology so much of they’re putting up with this garbage. Aren’t you like one of the largest banks in the country? How about you deliver a product that isn’t an embarrassment?

The animations are horrible, it feels like a hybrid app. I want to select my contacts to send money and I need to wait for the transitions and animations, there are many steps to send money, I remember the old version where you only had what you needed to send money, without those horrible transitions and animations.

The cards are useless now.

You can’t enroll into this disgusting stupid App even if your IFE ID is still valid through 2022! So they make the enrolling process a torture! I cannot access my bank account information nor use the mobile banking system unless I get the stupid IFE ID at least valid up to three years! I hate this bank and it’s stupid mobile app!

Can’t opt out so you have to change bank if you don’t want to use their facial recognition feature. BBVA shows zero respect regarding their customers privacy concerns. It apparently also fails very often so I doubt it actually adds a extra security layer at all. Used to be a great app, unfortunately they ruined it for many costumers.

This used to be an excellent, user-friendly and efficient App, but successive versions have become more and more glitchy and the current version (September 2023) is unusable, because its compulsory face recognition system doesn’t work - I have spent fruitless hours trying to register my image and still cannot access our bank account.

Y who ever created the stupidity of needing to take and get a photo for BBVAMéxico , is not a smart person it is just people who need to control us more and more bit is a very suppressive action, besides, after being at the bank trying 75 times to do the stupid photo it was impossible

BBVAMéxico is terrible! Some buttons do not work. It gives you a white screen instead of taking you back. It is impossible to log in for the first time. I would suggest using a different bank if you are a customer that travels a lot or plans to use it outside of Mexico. The “call” button does not work and it is impossible to contact anyone for help. Even the workers at the physical bank are unable to help you. They are just as confused about it.

The worst banking app I’ve ever seen. Absolutely counter intuitive, user hostile, buggy app. Nothing works there. I got blocked 1 day after creating an account for exceeding the limit even though I haven’t performed any operation. They requested to reupload some paperwork but SEND button just doesn’t work in this brilliant app.

Always ask for access to location really is very frustrating and lost time for normal use. Each new update, new battlebetween BBVAMéxico tryingagain and again for access to my accout trying to understand ifacerecognition, if a already pass the iphone face id, why do I have toupdate face recognitiononce, twice an a lot o times and even that it says ok, you updated your face and give you the green light, then turn you again into the same proccess, again really very frustrating, please fix this problems.

It works , but with the new update it made me change the password to my account , but now I can’t open it ,and it tells me that I have no connection even when I do.

I like the fact that is possible to pay all kind services with BBVAMéxico

Best decision to change banks, BBVA has way better service, ATMs and app works better.
That also gave me a credit card which Banamex never approved me and BBVA works in way more places.

Easy app to use, notifications on point , only complaint i have is i cant use it with apple pay

BBVAMéxico is not convoluted with images, buttons, and menus like other banking apps. The design is simple and elegant which makes it easy to use. Sometimes you need to close BBVAMéxico and log back in to make things work but it's a minor issue that will hopefully be resolved.

It works quite well. But when you register a new account it does not stay as registered. You have to register the same account every time you want to transfer money to it. You loose time! And BBVAMéxico should work properly keeping registered accounts.

I would like if you guys can make BBVAMéxico bilingual so I can understand more. I speak English and learning Spanish, I like to be involved in all my Financial situations and with English it would help me a lot. Thanks

The new version does not work, it crashes every time when is doing the log in! ! !
Does NOT work

BBVAMéxico is very easy and reliable. You will need a Mexican phone service in order to use it.

Great App but it needs to be improved on some autofill options. Apple Wallet also needs to be supported.

Decent app. Would love an option for English in BBVAMéxico
