I am always having problems with this website. I don't know why I keep using the product. I used it for an assignment and the link does not work-or I can't even login. Please fix your problems.

How to fix Popplet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Popplet app on iPhone
Update Popplet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Popplet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Popplet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Popplet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Popplet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Popplet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Popplet App
1. On android, goto Settings » Popplet » click [Force Stop]

Update Popplet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Popplet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Popplet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Popplet.

Fix Popplet unable to contact server/ Popplet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Popplet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Popplet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Popplet
