Highly doubt if they have sever in US, the whole app running extremely slow and always fail to sync between users. Asking for refund now

I linked with my email,Wechat to avoid data lost. But when I re-login after 2 weeks, I lose all data!! There is nothing in 随手记Pro , unbelievable, never trust online app again.

Being used it for >5 years to track daily expenses. There were some issues not able to sync. Generally it would be ok after a couple hours or a day. That issue became permanent 3 months ago. I had updated it to all recent releases but got no luck so far. No idea how to contact them. Time to say bye

明明只有一个账本，偏要我每次打开app都选一次记账账本。我真的不需要社区功能，记账就记账。This is absolutely garbage after the newest update, more ads and nonsensical community function added to the originally perfect app. I have no idea what the developers are thinking. I have used 随手记Pro since the iphone 4 age, I am so used to it and I hate change to a new app. Don’t make me do it.

I’ve been using it to track my spending for 4 years. I loved it so I purchased the pro version and shared it with my husband. Somehow the company decided to change to subscription model, and now my husband can no longer use it unless he pays for subscription. There is no communication before the change, and no customer service responded my questions after the change. No respect to loyal customers!

After I upgraded to IOS 13, 随手记Pro keeps crashing😱 please fix it! 3Q

I have been using 随手记Pro for nearly half a year and so far it meets all my needs especially when I am now saving money for a new vehicle.
I think peopel who tracks his money is three times as likely to save some as people who don't. 随手记Pro is certainly good enough for this porpose.
However, compared with some apps that come with a widget it takes more time mark every spending. Hopefully they will add one in the future.

Very convenient, can work with Siri a bit. Also can export the account data from laptop website. Bravo!
