How to fix TouchRetouch app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TouchRetouch app on iPhone
Update TouchRetouch app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TouchRetouch iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TouchRetouch on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TouchRetouch network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TouchRetouch Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TouchRetouch not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TouchRetouch App
1. On android, goto Settings » TouchRetouch » click [Force Stop]

Update TouchRetouch to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TouchRetouch App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TouchRetouch » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TouchRetouch.

Fix TouchRetouch unable to contact server/ TouchRetouch internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TouchRetouch » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TouchRetouch » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
