- People can take your laundry without you noticing.

- Dryers add more time to the duration if it feels that the clothes are not dry enough.

- No refund if machine malfunctions or does not dry your close in an hours time.

- Didn't charge credit card properly.

- No choice to book which washer or dryer to use.

- Took money but didn't fully wash clothes.
