I don’t know why but my data is lost today. I believe these data was created without any account, but the customer support just kept telling me I need to log in an account! I tried all my phone numbers, but it doesn’t work. The data is lost forever.
THE SLOWEST App

This is the SLOWEST app on my phone. It takes more than 12 seconds to open (showing advertisements), on top of auto-directing to another random app that I don’t need. I do NOT appreciate it.
As a loyal user for years, I’m deeply disappointed. The developers of 随手记记账就用随手记 should be shamed.
Math incorrect after update

I’ve been using 随手记记账就用随手记 for 5+ years and it’s been good. But after the recent update, the money in my accounts are showing up incorrectly. Please fix!

This software has advertisements. And it will open a new window of the ad without the user clicking.
This is an act of fraudulent clicking. And it forces me to watch ads almost every time I open it.
The Account Display Incorrect Balance after Recent Update

Been using this for a while, never has something wrong, until this recent update couple days ago.
Existing problem with the newest update:
1) After updating, all of the entries do not show up in related accounts until next morning.
2) the account balances on the summary page are different from the balance in an account’s page.
完完全全想不到一个已经获得融资的公司在更新后出现了这么低等的数学错误问题。我想试试看其他记账产品，比如挖财

It is so great. I am an accounting and it match the basic accounting methods by double entry accounting. I can use it to record my billing.
By the way, 随手记记账就用随手记 was belong to the accounting software company and they developed the entity level software.
