Just got a new iPhone 14, and when I opened up the app and tried to calibrate the compass got an error message, magnetic, mobile phone covers disturb to compass sensor. I’m guessing this refers to my ability to inductively charge my phone on a pad. Are you aware of where the dish can be fixed? Thank you so much.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PeakFinder app issues:

Force Stop the PeakFinder App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PeakFinder app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PeakFinder to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PeakFinder App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PeakFinder app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PeakFinder.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PeakFinder » "Force Stop".

Again, got PeakFinder » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
