Just got a new iPhone 14, and when I opened up the app and tried to calibrate the compass got an error message, magnetic, mobile phone covers disturb to compass sensor. I’m guessing this refers to my ability to inductively charge my phone on a pad. Are you aware of where the dish can be fixed? Thank you so much.

How to fix PeakFinder app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PeakFinder app on iPhone
Update PeakFinder app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PeakFinder iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PeakFinder on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PeakFinder network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PeakFinder Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PeakFinder not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PeakFinder App
1. On android, goto Settings » PeakFinder » click [Force Stop]

Update PeakFinder to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PeakFinder App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PeakFinder » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PeakFinder.

Fix PeakFinder unable to contact server/ PeakFinder internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PeakFinder » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PeakFinder » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PeakFinder
