App doesn’t have full functionality on iPad

I have the Building Link app on my iPhone 14 Pro, and the functionality is much better. I’m able to see documents and see my click pay info. This app, Building Link, Residential, installed on my iPad Pro, has just the basics. I’d like to be able to do more on my iPad, since there’s a bigger screen. Unfortunately, I have to rely on my iPhone for complete information and to pay my condo fees.

It just flat out doesn’t work. It just keeps glitching and refusing to even log in. And it’s not just the app but also the website it’s also just constantly glitching. I’ve been attempting to use the app for a week with zero success.
0 stars if I could and sorry to anyone with no choice but to use the app.
No push notifications

The app no longer has Notifications despite what the developers put in the description. It does not show up in iOS settings either. The app was fine before the rebuild and now it lost one of its most important features. Please fix. Thanks.
