1 year agoYes it was my first time trying to use this app and I made some mistakes which resulted in multiple NSF fees and a overdraft to my bank account totally $160.00 due to I couldn’t go to the leasing office to pay my rent cause I had surgery on my ankle. I tried multiple times to pay my rent but the information was not updated on my bank account the second time I tried to correct it which cause the Second NSF then I was able to correct it but it was withdrawn twice which made my account overdrawn please help if I could get some credit or refund it would help I had to borrow money to clear this matter up

1 year agoI seem to be experiencing the same problems others have left in the comments section. Apprent won't recognize my username and password, I'm unable to pay my rent on time, I can't get any work orders in and it also keeps charging me the incorrect amount for my rent.

My main problem with this new version of AppRent is they have removed the documents and monthly statements on the app and online. I will pay what is due and usually round it up where it is showing I overpaid and when I look at it later there is an amount due. With the payment due today and instead of charging a percentage late fee it's a flat $150

Absolutely abhorrent
I haven’t even lived at the residence I’m at for a year yet and the amount of times I’ve had to contact support over this shotty app is ridiculous. It locks me out and says it doesn’t recognize any of my emails and on top of that, support doesn’t even get back really at all until way later. The app nor the residence is worth all this.

Never working!!!
This app is terrible! I can never pay my rent on this using my banking account. Never had a problem when I used my actual card and they took and extra 3% to use it. Also, The features never work. I will have to wait until the next day to try to put in a work order because it NEVER WORKS!
