I been trying to get in touch with anybody & they haven’t been answering me which is very unprofessional for their business. I haven’t received my order in a year & I asked for a refund, but they seem to ignore me. I would like to speak with the boss this is very ridiculous. I will never order from them again!!!!

I made a order on May 7, 2022 and have not received my order yet. I also sent several emails nothing yet today May 25, and still no reply and no order, you will refund my money

I made a purchase for $396 earlier this month and paid for express shipping. Shortly after I received an email my items shipped but when checking the tracking the following days the tracking for UPS kept saying not updated and UPS hadn't received package. I took it upon myself to follow up via Instagram direct message and received the run around. Initially was told my items were shipped and they have to get in contact with their shipping team, then was told my items were in fact NOT shipped because one item was out of stock and I confirmed sending the available items and the restock item at another time. Several days passed and still didn't receive an update. Followed back up and they continued to give me the run around. I finally told them I need a refund and let them know of the multiple complaints here. They sent me a screen shot saying items were now in stock. I told them to give me my money back as they're unprofessional and suspicious. I received the email for refund. I'm now waiting for the funds to go back in my account

I purchased a custom chain on my debit card. It said it was processed then the next day it says my money was cancelled and would be refunded due to fraud.
