“Problem Description is Required” error pops up blocking me from submitting a Maintenance Request even though I filled in the description field. Seems like a pretty obvious feature to test when you develop an app. Looks like Greystar put in their usual amount of thought and care. We didn’t need another app — just one that works. Why did we need another app?

The app does not let me login even though I have the correct email and passwords, reset passwords, uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

It doesn’t recognize my apartment is in the greystar community (Mirella). So it’s useless.
