Last month’s payment was smoother and quicker. Something was going on with the website today I’ve been attempting to pay my rent for the last six hours from my phone and my husband’s phone. We even asked one of our neighbors she said she was having issues too.
No feedback…ever

You never know what is actually happening. I have had my first ticket closed with out addressing several issues in the ticket. You can’t reopen a ticket that has been closed even if it’s not completed and there is never any feedback as to what was fixed.

The app is very limited. No detail for the charge is displayed - I know it is for collecting a balance due, but it is reassuring to see details behind the charge.
Also, I could not find a URL to access it from a web browser, which is where I pay all my bills and manage money.
In short, some additional development is needed. Although the concept is good.
