Pay the monthly fee for V1 app but now I can’t login and it says I have an invalid email address. When I try to send a password reset it sends it to my email account that is allegedly invalid. Not sure how to reset.
Hi--I reloaded the V1 app into my phone after having loading and password problems. The only thing on can do on my iPhone is look at a video--all the line drawing tools etc are gone. I originally purchased this app on the app store some time ago--and then that version apparently went away--and I was told the free version had the same functionality--not it appears to have no functionality? Totally confused--can you help?
The lagging on the new version is HORRENDOUS. You cannot analyze a swing, edit, trim etc. and be even close to exact because it stops to early or late. Even typing to the help desk in the new version has delays. Get the old version back. I pay the annual subscription. I wouldn’t even use the free version.
I have a Motorola e5 play android .V1 worked perfectly until my recent upgrade. The icon has changed from red to white. When pressing the record button the countdown begins from 30 but the camera freezes.
Cannot load V1golf to phone home screen. It was there but now gone!
