The whole app needs to be uninstalled until bugs are fixed. It was great 1½yrs ago but every WK u're updating to a non-working app. It's awful. And your Right to Transfer terms & Processing Protocol are ALL INACCURATE! I Was stranded in the Hood 9:15 @ nite with 4 empty bank accounts where u just took all money to bring a negative account current & it was still negative & I couldn't get gas to get out of the hood. Oh yeah... No notification I left Pasadna w/$ in acct, 40m later@ ⛽ station acct was 0. And all info was incorrect on letter. And no banking inst. Uses words "IN A FEW DAYS" 30yrs with Wescom
I cannot download the wes com app on my android phone I had it once
My Wescom app gets stuck after i make a payment with bill payer.
For the first time in years, I cannot access my Wescom account on my phone. Error message keeps popping up: "A network connection error has occurred. HttpResponseException" "Retry" or "Ok" options do not resolve issue. Seems other Wescom customers have had the same problem. Please fix.
The app doesn’t work on the new iPhone 14 .
I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 cellphone that when I try to use your Wescom Mobile app it keeps telling me no network connection. This is my only app that doesn't work on my phone. I have gone done to the Local Wescom Bank 3790 Tyler Street Riverside CA four times and still no luck. I was told the Samsun Galaxy S10 cellphone will not work with Wescom's Mobile app. On August 9 2022 I put in a request for help on your website. I got several really nice agents to try and help out no luck. On August 12 2022 I went down to my branch in Riverside and the poor service rep tried for 45 min to try and load and use the app on my phone. It kept putting the old app on my phone. August 16th 2022 I went one more time down to the bank no luck. August 19th 2022 I had Cliffton Anderson, Member Services Representative try to help. He told me it was the cellphone. But what cellphone do I need? I use Tracphone service and they told me my phone was up to date with there networks. The version on the Wescom App keeps showing up as 2021.01.011 Any suggestions of what phone I should have would be much appreciated. I have been with Wescom since 1978 and have purchased my house and several vehicles through you. Thank you for your concern into this matter
