I have been unable to use it almost two months now. I am updated my iphone 6 to iphone 8 and I have no access to my online banking yet.
Their short codes fail to reach .
They have very very unprofessional technical support

It’s a waste whenever I have to do anything besides check my balance on AppBancoSabadell . Everything else I have to go into an office and it’s too much work. Now I have to make an appointment just to update my tie. I’m cancelling my account because it’s too much work to have and it’s not worth the pain.

Started getting an error when connecting weeks ago from the U.S. After trying with multiple accounts and devices and calling support several times, I give up. AppBancoSabadell is completely useless.

That’s absurd, how do you not allow something as simple as online check deposits to a personal account?

Also, Sabadells hours are LAUGHABLY short and make it nearly impossible to get to a branch when it’s open.

I am having the same problem as the previous reviewers. Trying to log in to AppBancoSabadell from the US for the last several weeks and I keep getting an error message. This was a great app when it worked. But it hasn’t worked for the last several weeks. It is unusable.

I am in the usa upgraded my phone to IPhone X and since then the developers have not updated AppBancoSabadell and I have no access to my online banking yet I can access all other banks in Europe and Africa. . Their short codes fail to reach the apo and they blame everyone else instead of fixing the problem

The apparent preoccupation of Sabadell with advertising and cookies quite often precludes the user from accessing the account. About twice a month I have to delete AppBancoSabadell and reinstall, merely to access my account because the advertising removes the access button to get into my account. Apart from the latter, AppBancoSabadell is very good but I would like to see a more detailed explanation of credit card expenditure. Currently, on my app face recognition is inaccessible. The continual problems I encounter with AppBancoSabadell are reflected in the 2 star rating.

Everything works ok on the phone, however it looks old, I saw better designed apps, looking as it has to be on an iPhone, however the real issue comes when trying to configure AppBancoSabadell on the Apple Watch. I have done it so many times and still getting the same message “Log in Banco Sabadell on your mobile”. Logged in, unlinked and linked my watch in AppBancoSabadell , repeated maybe a hundred of times already and still getting the same message.

Great app, one of the best bank apps I’ve used. But come someone please explain why in the AppStore pictures AppBancoSabadell seems to be optimized for the iPhone X bit when I open it it’s not?! And yes I’m in the latest version. It’s petty but its very annoying when it’s the only app that is not.

I travel often to the US. The using of the credit card in other countries is a serious pain. I have to write and call several times to make it work. The last visit I did that and still it did not work. There should be an easier way to do this such a a travel alert you can add yourself to the web site advising them of travel. My US card is able to be used world wide with no phone calls or emails or postings. Once in a while they will deny a charge but immediately I get an email to verify the charge. I respond yes to that email and immediately the card works for that purchase. Maybe Sabadell can learn from how the US banks handle this situation for travelers. Also, there is no fee for foreign transactions on the US cards.

Best app from the best Spanish bank. They are always quick with updates to enhance features and keep up with the latest iOS changes/upgrades. Seldom are they left behind.

I use AppBancoSabadell every day and I am very happy with it.

The BancSabadell app is as good or better than any bank App I've used in the US. I can do everything I need to do and the security features give me peace of mind.

Terrible app. It
Worked fine for two years and now it crashes all the time. I erased, re-installed and did everything they told me, and nothing. Customer service is lousy. I think I need to find another bank. Too bad, because I live the personal service at the Calle Colin branch in VLC

Having problems opening AppBancoSabadell . Tried updating and it says app does not exist. It still exists in my phone and when I open and try to log in it says error. Really frustrating.

AppBancoSabadell worked great but after today’s update is broken. Updated to iOS 12 and AppBancoSabadell crashes every time.

I live in Spain. I have wasted hours in Sabadell Banks, and many more hours with Sabadell onine assistance, without success. No one is able to verify Sabadell credit card for use on my Apple iWatch 7. I have various other Bank cards on my iWatch which function without a problem. If this problem is not resolved soon. I will take my business elsewhere.

About four weeks ago my Banco Sabadell App stopped working and as result I have to access my accounts via the website which is so inconvenient. I see I'm not the only one experiencing problems with the App. It's about time Sabadell sorted it out!

I used to be able to use my Sabadell debit card on my Apple Watch but can no longer verify. Apparently, only residents can access it. I hope this changes soon.
