1 year agoi have a claim into Sabadell House insurance company. my wife had her handbag stolen whilst putting her shopping into a car she was a passenger in. the burglar obviously used the address of her TIE and subsequently burgled our house. they wrecked it breaking a window and pulling wrecker off. in the house they went through everything stealing a lap top, digital camera, and silver ware etc . they also stole a Mulberry leather carry bag to take the items away. i gave Insurance Company 40 photos, a police report and they sent an expert to examine, who said that we would be compensated shortly. The Insurance Company has refused to pay out on both claims. theft of handbag because no one was hurt. house burglary because i had no purchase receipts. (why should i have to keep receipts for items, some of which were wedding anniversary gifts)? the insurance is not fit for purpose!!!!!

Nightmare
I have been unable to use it for 3 weeks now. I am in the usa upgraded my phone to IPhone X and since then the developers have not updated the app and I have no access to my online banking yet I can access all other banks in Europe and Africa. . Their short codes fail to reach the apo and they blame everyone else instead of fixing the problem

Can’t update TIE
It’s a waste whenever I have to do anything besides check my balance on the app. Everything else I have to go into an office and it’s too much work. Now I have to make an appointment just to update my tie. I’m cancelling my account because it’s too much work to have and it’s not worth the pain.

Doesn’t Work
I am having the same problem as the previous reviewers. Trying to log in to the app from the US for the last several weeks and I keep getting an error message. This was a great app when it worked. But it hasn’t worked for the last several weeks. It is unusable.
