You can still get some money if you don’t have credits into your checking account (it is conta-corrente in Brazil) but you should pay attention that if you don’t put back on the same day the value that you get you’re going to pay a significant tax.
It’s ok because the bank is lending their money to you, but what is totally unacceptable is not alerting you by sending push notifications to your phone. Of course they don’t want to do it. It is all about money not customer satisfaction.

Everything is good on BancoItaú and with the update version items are much easier to find. I just have an issue that I cannot access the use of my iToken due to a new phone number non Brazilian. Other than that so far not bad.

It has a problem when showing up informations about the day spendings on the “extrato” page. I got a -$150 transferring log and it is showing -$140.
Overall it is a good and practical banking app.

Excellent app and very easy to use, however was struggling to see if there is an English option as most app have at least 2 language option.

Piece of crap. Cannot access my account and this has been going on for months. I only get “estamos melhorando nossos serviços. Tente novamente mais tarde”. I cannot connect, access my account or even generate a token. My account is completely frozen because of that and they are still charging account maintenance fees. Ridiculous!!!

It doesn’t have any notification when your limit is reached. Also it lacks a full control of you investments and checking account and you must to access the website for basic things.

The ways there are, but the managers don’t resolve easy problems. The manly problems with credit card problems. The bank call himself for international bank, but if you are in another country is too hard to resolve your problem.

BancoItaú was fine but I after I updated it my password is “wrong” apparently. Now I can’t access my account! I tried resetting the password and it says “transaction denied”. No explanation, no nothing. Banking should be easy, not this headache.

The bank don’t have international support also they make everything difficult if you are abroad. I pay extra fee every month to have a exclusive account but it is just money wasted.

Whenever I try to use the Touch ID with the security function, it disables it. I re-enter the passcode, but it continues to do the same thing. I really hope someone reads this and fixes this bug.
