How to fix Unroll.Me app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Unroll.Me app on iPhone
Update Unroll.Me app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Unroll.Me iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Unroll.Me on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Unroll.Me network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Unroll.Me not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Unroll.Me App
1. On android, goto Settings » Unroll.Me » click [Force Stop]

Update Unroll.Me to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Unroll.Me App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Unroll.Me » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Unroll.Me.

Fix Unroll.Me unable to contact server/ Unroll.Me internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Unroll.Me » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Unroll.Me » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Unroll.Me
