The my Lowe's rewards app is not allowing me to add receipts for purchases. It keeps asking for a phone number and responding with "internal service error". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still doesn't work.
My latest online purchase is not showing up on my lowes app, therefore I can't use the curbside feature to get my items. Order#: 916434389 I am disabled and do not wish to walk in the store so I need this to woek. How to fix it?
I cannot use my Lowes Pro card on app. It tells me that my PO number is incorrect, no matter what I put in it. I can use another credit card but then my delivery charge increases from $20 to $79

On iPhone 14 with iOS 16.2, when I attempt to login is that screen appears momentarily then screen goes white. Deleted and readded the app-same result. I can log into the web version so it is not my account info. I never have the opportunity to enter login name nor password.
When I try to sign into my account the screen just blanks out total white. Deleted ios app and reinstall and the same thing happens again.
On my new Android 11 tablet, the Lowes App does not appear on the Google Store app. Works fine on my phone, which just got Android 11 update. What gives?
I sign in then the app gets hung up on locations, zip and city state entered correctly app says they are invalid, cannot proceed any further?
