Abercrombie & Fitch Reviews

I want to start off by saying that I love shopping Abercrombie. Love their style, their fits, this review is not about the quality of their clothes. This review is about their app. Specifically, how horrible AbercrombieFitch is! I would say that AbercrombieFitch probably works about 50% of the time that I use it. The other 50% consists of me potentially loading the homepage and when I try and click on something - whether that just be categories or my bag - the screen is blank. Can’t go through the clothes, can’t see anything on my screen at all. Sometimes half of the screen will show up - like if I try and click on my past orders it will show the order info, but then I can’t scroll down to look at any of the products I ordered. It has honestly stopped me from ordering once or twice because I wasn’t even able to add items to my bag or fully check out! It’s crazy! It’s happened so often that I felt the need to write this out because it’s so frustrating. I love this store and would love if I could give AbercrombieFitch the same enthusiasm. :/

Love A&F, half my closet is their clothes, but when trying to access purchase history, account settings, etc. it is very difficult. You can’t see the items in your order, just the totals, until you select it. Then you find out that wasn’t the items you were looking for, so you select the back button, only to have it kick you back to the home page to start all over again. For someone who relies on shipped items and returning/exchanging on a regular basis, this is pretty annoying to deal with. I dread it, every time lol otherwise, it’s a great app. If you could change the back button on the top left to actually take you back to the page you were last, not the home page, that would be awesome.

I made an order for my birthday: My order never went through, even though it had been received by my bank. AbercrombieFitch said that the cost wasn’t covered but the balance that i owed reflected $0.00. I even tried twice. Called Costumer service to ask if everything was ok. They said it was and that some times takes time to reflect on AbercrombieFitch . I checked for updates over the weekend. Today (Monday), the order was cancelled and I have a pending reversal from my bank. I’m trying again but lost one of the items that I intended to buy. AbercrombieFitch is very glitchy, extremely annoying shopping experience, and it’s only because I really wanted the items that I came back. This has turned me off a lot from shopping with AbercrombieFitch . I hope you guys fix it because I actually like the brand :/

AbercrombieFitch is great and works like the website. I'm not sure if this is a regional technical issue or what, but I've been using AbercrombieFitch for a few years now (browsing from Hong Kong) and there seems to be a major flaw in terms of navigation. Whenever I click into a clothing item, I will not be able to find a "back to previous page" button or "move forward to next page" button. It is really frustrating to go back to home page, select the category and start navigating the next item. And I'll have to go back and forth whenever I click on a new item. I wanted to report this issue but the "app support" link is broken somehow, or maybe it only works on a US site? Please fix (same issue is found in the Hollister app too). Thanks!

The clothing is amazing and beautiful! They are really great prices and I love how they have sales a lot. AbercrombieFitch is also really easy to operate, I have a bad memory about certain things so if I like something I can just click the heart button and it will be saved and there is no confusion one bit! The only flaw about AbercrombieFitch in my opinion is that they don’t really get new arrivals often, that’s the only thing I think they should work on. If you are looking at the reviews right now to see whether you should download it or not I recommend buying this amazing app for beautiful clothing and saving money!😃

AbercrombieFitch could definitely stand to improve in the user experience department. Mainly two things: when I attempt to look at my order details it often goes to a blank page- which either a) doesn’t do anything, or b) eventually shows my order after about 30 seconds of staring at a blank white page. I also would love if your purchase history included photos on the first page instead of having to click through each order number to try and find a specific order. Would be much easier with photos.

I discovered A&F a bit over a year ago now and since then, I’ve loved it and have purchased many times.
All of the products are very good quality and are definitely worth the price! There is often sales and discounts as well.
AbercrombieFitch is super convenient and I have experienced no issues from the couple times ordering.
Lastly, it delivers super quickly! I ordered two swimsuits less than a week ago, and they came super quickly!
Definitely think about purchasing from A&F if you’re looking for affordable, trendy clothes and accessories!

Installing the Abercrombie app has honestly been a love hate relationship in the base way possible. It is user friendly, and the display is enjoyable while using AbercrombieFitch . Having such easy access through AbercrombieFitch has been a experience. I enjoy accumulating points to put towards my next purchase. Abercrombie has a great rewards program for customers, and the quality of their clothing is worth the price. The company also has a great clearance rack with a verity of sizes unlike other companies. 10/10 would recommend downloading AbercrombieFitch .

User flow in AbercrombieFitch is great for picking out different items and finding the styles you like. It’s easy to favorite items and keep an eye on prices for sales. Points are loaded and maintained pretty meticulously—I’ve never had any issues.

If you like the brand; AbercrombieFitch makes browsing for new arrivals, online exclusives, and an extensive clearance selection the most convenient it could possibly be. I recommend!

App is good. Clothes are great. Only issue is this is the second time I have done order pick up and they haven’t alerted me my order was ready then when I travel 20 minutes to the store to pick it up the cashier tells me it was canceled. Ended up being $200 refunded to me. Which is okay; truth be told I spend too much on clothes anyway. Next time I buy, which won’t be for some time definitely in the mindset of saving, I will have it delivered to my home. So I would suggest having your online orders delivered directly to your house, having it delivered to their stores is a gamble and when you’re spending hundreds it isn’t worth it.

Abercrombie’s app is so easy to use. You can see all of your saved items in one place and AbercrombieFitch shows your coupons and what discounts are happening right when you open it. Apple Pay on AbercrombieFitch makes it super easy to checkout, I don’t have to put my address or card number in. Also AbercrombieFitch allows you to track shipping and returns. The easy use of AbercrombieFitch leads to lots of impulse buying but I love everything from Abercrombie

Abercrombie and Fitch always delivers a a fun and excited ing price of clothing ever time you get a something new from there and you see it in store and it fits right and you tell yourself you have to have it. Or when you’re getting a package delivered to you and your ripping up the the package with scissors and you try try it on and it the perfect fit and you think to yourself “what a great price” I can’t wait to shop at Abercrombie and Fitch again.

I’ve been an in-store and virtual customer for over 15 years and not to say their online presence needed freshening up but their mobile app has really taken the fall. I have technical issues all of the time. I update my app whenever it tells me an update is needed soooo what’s the problem?? When I want to checkout it tells me my credentials are incorrect even though I bought something last month with the same form of payment ... I’ve had AbercrombieFitch shutdown on me just by scrolling more times than I can count for no reason than a glitch in their software. It’s 2020 fix your app ...

I absolutely love abercrombie and fitch because all of the types of clothes and yes i have all types because i love them all, they are all so comfortable and nice and just amazing!!! Thank you to all memebsrs who work there because i now have a better experience on wearing clothes. I’m saying pretty much everything in my closet is abercrombie. I’m even wearing an abercrombie sweatshirt right now!!! Thank you guys so so much!!

They have thought through everything!!!!!! Returns a breeze, product status awesome! I mean...letting you see tracking and rewards points. Even request a return label. In love! Now for the actual product. The quality of Abercrombie is so soft and their jeans fit better me better personally than ANY other brand. I utilize my rewards points. I mean I’m in love. I’ve been shopping since I was about 22. I’m now 38. And LOVE them!!!!

I love shopping the clearance. Especially when there is another discount on top of that (you have to be VERY patient). I shop all year ‘round and if it’s out of season I buy a size larger.

Love the quality of the clothes. Customer service is great too. I had a glitch and my double discount didn’t go through. I called the next day and they honored the % off.

This is not the worst app but it is still a bad app especially from a not so small company like ANF. I have twice encountered errors while trying to return the items at the store and they were a complete waste of time because I had to go back again. I couldn’t even access my purchase history and it kept saying some system error. It was not Black Friday and this is not a good thing especially when it happened more than once!!!

AbercrombieFitch and website are great but the only think that’s super annoying is the fact that you seem to not be able to save more than 30 things. I go through all that trouble of saving stuff on both the website and app only for it to only save 30 of them. I don’t want to be constantly scrolling the website. The whole point of the saves is to save everyone time.

Love A&F!! The best quality in kids clothes! Perfect fit! Very stylish!! No guess work involved with the sizes! My go-to store for 4 kids... EVERY holiday, special occasion, event, school, & just everyday clothes! My kids whole wardrobe!! Entire closet & drawers are filled with A&F clothes. (Underwear, socks, belts, & fragrances included.) They could all be A&F models any day of the week. Everyone from teachers to kids at school to friends and family always notice that they are always wearing A&F kids!! Stess-free shopping for my crew!

I used to be an American Eagle girl but Abercrombie has stole my heart, and I’m not just talking about the clothes. You guys have great deals, let me use multiple coupons and the lay out of your app is so user friendly. I never find an error page, in which an item doesn’t exist. My favorite new things is that I can pay with two cards, which other online stores don’t allow, or with Venmo. Love you guys❣️

The only complaint I have is the fact that you cant zoom in to look at details to the products. It gets fuzzy after just a short length. All the time when I retrieve my items in the mail' I realize it had this feature' that detail.. most of the time I'm pleasantly surprised. However' if I could see these things during shopping' I might purchase other pieces. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

App is so slow and not even up to date with my orders! And they always run out of stuffs after I already place my order I shop here almost every month for my boys and my orders never gets complete always out of stock after I already placed my orders which take them 2-3 days just to process my orders so probably by that time I’m pretty sure of course some of my orders will be out of stock!

I’ve never been more impressed with a quality-line clothing and accessories label of shopping exclusives. If you weren’t still gently obsessed with this brand of fashion statement all it might take to rekindle the flame is AbercrombieFitch. Never will such a beastly technology of fashion-“statements,” and shopping know-how turn out a more satisfied customer. Keep up the beast-skin practice and maybe show some teeth. Over-And-Out!

I respond to reviews for a living and this is the first I’ve written of a personal experience. This is the only shopping app that SAVES your cart between uses, even clearing your app history. I have yet to find that! Because of it, I came back 3 days later and purchased some clothes I was debating purchasing. They were still there so I treated myself! Now I’m back shopping again. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I am a very good client from abercrombie since 2 years...confess most of my clothes and from my family are from a&f but i am totally dissapponted with the shop today. I buy constantly, my adress never changed, and they tell me that my last order didnt arrived at my home and they turn it back! What? How?
1. They never gave in hands one package...always was at my frontdoor or mail box
2. I bought pieces in promo,50% of everything at memorial day
3. They say will just refund it...and i can buy again? Well, how ? If the prices are higher?
4. If my adress is wrong is because some unuseful worker at abercrombie make the print wrong!

Shame on you abercrombie! You are loosing a good client because of stupid things !

This is a wonderful app to use. I like that you can listen to the playlist while shopping for products. It is also neat and organized. However, sometimes the sales and prices are different on AbercrombieFitch than what is on the website. Also, you can review products online, but you can't in AbercrombieFitch . Overall, this is a great app to have if you shop A&F often.

Abercrombie & Fitch is the best quality selling store I ever shopped in. They always have awesome unique clothings that stand out from a lot of other retailers. This clothing brand is the best along with the icon Moose that just adds a nice signature finish finish to all the clothings. I feel like the “Moose” Icon print should be feature larger and even more on a lot more A&F clothings like the Jeans; or even platted style shirts. That would be so cool !!!❤️🔥🔥🔥

I think Abercrombie has great quality clothing. Whenever I go to the mall I always stop into Abercrombie and buy something. I have been a VIP for about a year now and I get great coupons that I use on my purchases which save me a lot of money. The only thing Abercrombie needs to work on is customer service other then that Abercrombie is a great store.
