I love Nutshell!

this app is a great platform for developing your own pipeline of data, with the ability to track stages of leads and lead outcomes, and with functionality to implement workflows within stages. With custom fields and ability to pull various reports based on the data I’ve input into the system, this app is everything I need to track metrics and business growth strategy/successes. The one thing I’ve noticed I would like to see, is the ability to customize your own unique metrics by utilizing your own custom fields in this app’s dashboard feature. Would love to see them implement the ability to program your dashboard based on “if this than that” logic, with multiple parameters available (greater than, less than, date after, date prior, etc.). With that said, seriously the best platform I’ve used to date.

Great CRM!

We have been using this app for over a year now and find it to be very user friendly. The user interface is simple and easy to understand. We have a sales team of 10 and this app allows me to orchestrate my team without being copied on every single email. The timeline feature is great as it syncs our entire teams emails, leads, and activities while at the same time creating a self contained ecosystem where we can chat and pass comments back and forth on all we have going on. Leads and contacts can easily be created from scanning business cards and the new Microsoft outlook sync feature has taken it to the next level. Highly recommend!

Powerful for the price, keeps us on track

this app is a heavily sales-focused CRM that my team uses every day to manage and close leads and provide excellent customer service. I love this app because I can keep an eye on anything I would need to know about a customer or lead. We use the sales automation to keep us on track with our pipeline. Best CRM I’ve used, I mainly use the app for checking reports and getting info about certain customers on the spot.
