I guess I am going to have to be on a phone with support because videos are loaded with egotistical people. I should not have to watch 25 minutes of video before getting to instructional content

Desperately need an IPad app.

The desktop version is intuitive and creating new or editing existing contacts is easy. The mobile app doesn’t have the same workflow. I often end up creating a duplicate company because that field is not on the primary contact setup screen. The mobile app is harder to maneuver in general. It also does not work well on an iPad, i.e., screen doesn’t rotate to landscape.

But the reason I gave it two stars and the reason I cannot use it is because of the crummy iPhone app and the fact that there is no iPad app only the iPhone app that runs on iPad. It’s looks dumb.

Sorry. I would have used this app if not for these things.

There are many other CRM that have all the parts. I’m not looking for bells and whistles just the requirements. Must run on Mac iPhone and iPad.

Aside from missing functionality, there are screens you can’t actually use (like logging activity). It’s simply missing a ton and surprisingly poorly made. It also crashes a lot.

I work mostly from my iPad and, the browser version of this app is super glitchy on a tablet. Really need an iPad specific and fully featured app. Or, to make the interface more tablet friendly for browser version.

This is one of the best CRMs I’ve used. But it really needs an iPad version.

Love the this app team, they are always so accommodating and helpful! The only problem I really have right now is the lack of iPad and mobile support that the this app app offers. For instance, adding a company. I can’t do that on my phone, Nutshell closes every time. I also can’t turn the screen to use my iPad keyboard so should I use it to type my screen is turned to the side and I have to read sideways. It’s a great online platform but Nutshell needs to reflect the capabilities of the website too!

I really do love this CRM as a whole but man the notifications are trash. Or should I say the lack there of. Reminders I have set don’t even come through. But my reminders set to go off 30 minutes before come through...6 minutes late.. every time. Don’t know what that’s about. And when they do, the badge is never on Nutshell .

Such an amazing web app on desktop in so many areas. Really good support too. BUT, I was shocked to see there wasn’t an iPad version of this app. Also email integration is simply limited to importing your mail as it arrives. It’s not a two way sync of your inbox - if you delete something in your email client it doesn’t sync with this app like other CRMs.

A very useful tool and easy to use. However the iPhone application really is glitchy. Takes a very long time to load and should integrate with contacts better.

Title says it all! How can we be our most productive when there is no access to a dedicated iPad version? I love this app, it is a fantastic CRM but it’s behind the times without iPad support. Please, please make an app for iPad and this rating goes to 5 immediately. Thank you!

Nutshell only works in portrait mode. I use my iPad Pro with a keyboard. I've learned to use Nutshell while having to adjust My head sideways. The update to Nutshell is greatly needed, to accommodate a Landscape mode.

I’m a first-time founder in the early stages of bootstrapping my business. This means that I am wearing many hats, have another career, and am incredibly busy. I downloaded Nutshell and tried to sign up for the trial. Nutshell got locked up while creating my account and I never got to use it. When I tried looking at this app again several weeks later on my laptop, it turns out that my 14 day trial had ended. Someone in customer service offered me a 7-day trial extension (more than once), but every time I have a quiet moment to try Nutshell , my trial has just expired and I waste more time contacting customer service yet again.
I wish they had given me a full month to try it out, because investing in a CRM is a very important commitment and I needed to get into the intricacies of Nutshell to make sure it would work for me in the long run.

Love the desktop version, tasks menu closes my app on iPhone X the last couple weeks and it crashes

this app is a great platform for developing your own pipeline of data, with the ability to track stages of leads and lead outcomes, and with functionality to implement workflows within stages. With custom fields and ability to pull various reports based on the data I’ve input into the system, this app is everything I need to track metrics and business growth strategy/successes. The one thing I’ve noticed I would like to see, is the ability to customize your own unique metrics by utilizing your own custom fields in this app’s dashboard feature. Would love to see them implement the ability to program your dashboard based on “if this than that” logic, with multiple parameters available (greater than, less than, date after, date prior, etc.). With that said, seriously the best platform I’ve used to date.

this app is a heavily sales-focused CRM that my team uses every day to manage and close leads and provide excellent customer service. I love Nutshell because I can keep an eye on anything I would need to know about a customer or lead. We use the sales automation to keep us on track with our pipeline. Best CRM I’ve used, I mainly use Nutshell for checking reports and getting info about certain customers on the spot.

We have been using this app for over a year now and find it to be very user friendly. The user interface is simple and easy to understand. We have a sales team of 10 and this app allows me to orchestrate my team without being copied on every single email. The timeline feature is great as it syncs our entire teams emails, leads, and activities while at the same time creating a self contained ecosystem where we can chat and pass comments back and forth on all we have going on. Leads and contacts can easily be created from scanning business cards and the new Microsoft outlook sync feature has taken it to the next level. Highly recommend!

While this app is a pretty good CRM tool and the price is outstanding I do not care for the iPhone only app. I use an iPad when working VO and find the interface almost comically large. Given that I do some work in public places the large text and interface on the expanded iPhone version as displayed on the iPad adds a lack of security I would feel if the text were not so big. If I collapse it down than I have a hard time navigating the UI. I will just stick to using the web interface until they develop an iPad version. I really do like this app and we had tested several other CRM tools and found that this app fits our needs. So please, please, please develop an iPad version of Nutshell . We are very pleased with your service thus far and would love a dedicated app for the iPad so people at the coffee shop or hotel lobby can not read from 20 feet away. Data security is a major issue for every company and we can not use the iPhone app right now because of security concerns. It should be noted that the web interface works great on tablets and the iPhone app works just fine on an iPhone.

While I have many frustrations with the CRM itself, Nutshell is particularly aggravating. 1) when you make a call from Nutshell to a contact person when you hang up, Nutshell immediately prompts you to log the call. Great! However, when I do the same for a company, no such luck. 2) When logging an activity, if I accidentally hit save too soon (say hitting phone call for a meeting and hitting save or not attaching the right person) there is no way to go back and change it from Nutshell . 3) The updates to the lead section are a nice improvement, but mostly it lacks a lot of functionality.

I am pleasantly surprised how well this app has integrated their cloud-based CRM software with the iPhone app. They haven't added the report screens yet buy the lead/sales process, activity entering and tracking works almost seamlessly. I was seeking a CRM solution that helped me track leads and close sales the way I actually work. Salesforce isn't intuitive. Landslide is complicated. Act gets abandoned. Nobody else has an iPhone app/cloud solution worth considering. So, although this app is a new player on the block and working out glitches on the primary app I still recommend this application and will continue using it!
