Earlier glitches in YOOX seem to have been worked out. Now this app is such a fun place to shop. I’ve bought so many things here by brands like Jucca and 8 by this app that you don’t see anywhere else and that are such good quality at such a good price. Today I’m here buying a military green 100% Italian wool knit midi dress by 8 by this app for $140 bucks. What a deal! Of course there’s all the high end stuff here that’s so fun to look at but you really don’t need to spend a lot here to find great things to wear.

Like other reviewers said, YOOX is good but the condition of the clothes are a hit or miss and the experience is terrible. I have been a customer for many years and started to run into more and more issues with the company. It is true, things have arrived defective and sometimes smelly. I shop online a lot, and I know that it is always a risk statistically that something will go wrong with shipments and returns, but the rate of error is much higher with this app. this app has gone downhill and is unreliable. My $400 return was mixed up with someone else’s return and this app refused to refund, leaving me at a $400 loss. This is when I decided it is time to part ways. I would rather pay more for better products and service. It is not worth it to shop here. Use more reliable stores and services to save yourself the frustration.

I find YOOX highly frustrating and I wish it weren’t because I do like this app. But even when I filter for my size 90% of the items are not available in my size! Also, when you leave YOOX for just a few minutes - not close it out, mind you, just leave it - you come back to find that none of what you filtered for - or what you had already viewed! - has been saved; you have to start the process completely over! I won’t name the far better apps, in this category/niche, but this app is losing out to them - at least for me - because their app is so bad! And if there is an easier way, this app doesn’t make that easier way easy to figure out!

I have been ordering from this app for years and I have been advertising it to my friends but it seems they need to train their employees in customer service better and they also need to change their policy and attitude. NOT only they delivered a defective product to me, a pair of shoes that one shoe was one colour, as it should be and the other had an intense discolouration. I asked for them to replace the defective item and they asked me to send them a photo, which I did and then they claimed that this is how the shoes should be! One shoe 1 colour and the other shoe discoloured with 2 colours! They also commented on the photo I have taken (with my iPhone X indoors perfect lighting) that it’s because of the photo that the shoes appear to be defective. No words!!! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I’ve been a YOOXer for about 15 years now and have always found their selection to be current yet classic and a place for true style. My browsing and buying have always been influenced by what’s different yet beautiful, and trying European designers who aren’t on the USA radar (yet). I love the Italian shoes, sometimes at drastic discounts, and avant-garde cuts and silhouettes they offer. Sales can be quite spectacular on true designer fashion!

As a busy person I love shopping online. App is easy to use and they have a good selection of clothing. However, their back end customer service department is terrible. After multiple phone calls to try and get my order through, even calling back with the credit card company on the phone, this app was not able to resolve the issue. First time I called they said it was my CC company. Called back with my CC company on the line and after they got called out that it was on their end, this app simply offered up an email address to their finance department instead of resolving it. Who has time for that?!? Never using them again. To many other places to shop.

Do not order from this site ... I usually don’t write reviews, however I’ve never been so frustrated with a company such as this. There customer service as well as there payment department is corrupt. No one knows what there doing ,and everyone kept passing the issue along so my problems were never resolved. And in fact ,they’ve blocked my account for future order b/c of a security issue. I’ve contacted my bank with them on the phone to prove I have no fraudulent activity on my account and they just simply hung up. This company is fraudulent in itself and corrupt... selling worn , broken merchandise!... they will eventually go bankrupt cunts!

What’s not to love about this app? Put everything you like in your DREAMBOX to purchase at a later date. this app lets you know when there’s only one left in your size, so you can buy ASAP. Sometimes they send a notice that everything already in your DREAMBOX is an extra percentage off. It’s terrific! I buy everything from Vivienne Westwood to Vans on this app and my friends are always in love with my purchases. Enjoy!

I agree with the other customer who gave one star. They will definitely send you defective items and refuse to take items back. I was forced to take pictures twice of the same item and email it to this app. It’s a delay tactic they use hoping you’ll be frustrated and cease attempting to send an item back. They will also send you the wrong item and stall you hoping you keep an item you never ordered! If it’s a finale sale item, don’t buy! Those are the ones they harass you for because they have a no return policy on those items. Should be illegal in America to attempt to force customers to keep defective items. This is a foreign company. Beware!!

YOOX is perfect and maybe it’s the users who have the real issue. I have ordered from this company for ages both on website and YOOX . YOOX just is easier at time. Very low incidents that have all been resolved without issue. If you are looking for designer items at discounted prices than this is YOOX ! Who cares if they may be a season or two old if you enjoy them.

I love the hassle free return policy, that makes the whole experience so much more convenient. I just hope they would carry my super dope own streetwear brand (artwanderers) but I have never got any answers back from their corporate office. Too bad. You still deserve 5 stars to my opinion.

I’ve been using this app for years for various fashion finds, especially shoes. While they have plenty of current threads and product, I’ve used them mostly to find “last season’s” offerings at sometimes steep discounts. If you can wait on it a bit, you can come away with incredible bargains. And YOOX has always worked great.

I reviewed awhile back that the filter worked terribly, i.e. it would default to the entire range of merchandise if you tried to put in any filters on an initial search.

Since then I have noticed an improvement, but it’s not consistent. I wanted to search for “turquoise” colored clothing just now. It gave me thousands of turquoise items (clothing, jewelry, art), but once I tried to whittle it down more specifically, it just defaulted to the entire inventory. No thank you 🙂

I ordered shoes that were too big and they sent me a size down without buying the 2nd pair and they said return the big ones whenever you can . I got them very quick it was great service I thought

I like YOOX and the fact that the show heel height sizes as they are pretty on point and accurate . I need exact inches and measurements

Lots of great stuff on site. $10 for shopping is too much with free shipping at $200. Keeping coupons “hidden” is not cool, they should be readily applied and the “FULLPRICE” coupon exclusions is huge and misleading. I eliminated 75% of my purchases because I did not see them on the list as being excluded or missed them. Either way too hard to figure out. 25% is a significant lure and I wasted a lot of time only to have the discount not work. Very disappointed.

I shopped using YOOX once. I’m extremely pleased with the results. Sneakers purchased where a Super deal and 100% authentic. For $36 a pop is a steal when the same shoes are offered from other vendors for the suggested retail price of $120 per pair. Got two for $81 shipped and took less than a week;) I’ve read some horrible reviews and was hesitant but took a chance that was well worth it.

I love high fashion, high quality. I cannot afford the full price but I can always find nice clothes here for an affordable price. I have already bought a lot. I know my size and most of the designer sizes so I didn’t have too many returns and when I had to, I never had any issues to get my money back.

YOOX makes it so much better for browsing on your phone. It’s simple and user friendly, without glitches of any kind. The search bar makes It even easier as It categorizes everything for you and let’s you filter your searches. One of the best clothing apps out there in my opinion.

I’ve been ordering from this app for 14 years without a problem with either merchandise or customer service. If a product was flawed in some way, which was rare, I returned it. Everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly and willing to help. That and the great selection of fashion merchandise at good prices keeps me coming back. (Excellent app too!)

I loveeeeeee them! Got my boots in less than a week! After reading the bad reviews I’ve got scared contact them to cancel my order. They answered the next day but at the time I’ve got a mail my boots been shipped. I was like ok let me wait for a few days let’s see.

They sell authentic products but it is all damaged or have been worn before, or were sitting in stores, people tried it on all the time. I had three bad experiences with this app. Killah pants arrived with broken zipper. Customer service offers me $8 and I payed $16 for replacing zipper. Then Prada ankle boots arrived with two pretty bad scratches on top front of one boot - I sent them back. Last week I got my dress for $79. It is nice dress but obviously has been worn - fabric around zipper and hook/eye is damaged, basically I got dress with two holes on it. Customer service offered me 10% for selling me not brand new item!
Just be prepared that you will get product that won't be in good condition!!

Best APP & Company for Shopping! I have been a loyal customer for over 14 years enjoying shopping by designer getting all top quality, authentic clothing and items. Never a disappointment and always an easy return if anything wrong. Great customer service and superlatives website as well. I highly recommend!

I order from this app monthly, and it’s the best thing ever. I get just about all of my clothing and accessories from them. I have always had really good experiences with their customer service. I’d highly recommend them, especially if you want an exciting piece for a special occasion.

i love YOOX so far, ordered a moschino bodysuit and waiting for It to come. If It comes in sufficient time then i will love my experience completely. first time ordering and paid $10 extra for 2 to 4 day shipping. Only complaint is i feel like they should give first time customers at least 10% off their first purchase like other third party websites do.
