Hello, when I select the Georgia region, why does the website switch to the Russian language? I am a citizen of Georgia and I do not know Russian. There is also no option to change the language to English. It feels similar to choosing the United States region and having the site translated into Chinese. Russian language is completely irrelevant here. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

Like other reviewers said, the app is good but the condition of the clothes are a hit or miss and the experience is terrible. I have been a customer for many years and started to run into more and more issues with the company. It is true, things have arrived defective and sometimes smelly. I shop online a lot, and I know that it is always a risk statistically that something will go wrong with shipments and returns, but the rate of error is much higher with YOOX. YOOX has gone downhill and is unreliable. My $400 return was mixed up with someone else’s return and YOOX refused to refund, leaving me at a $400 loss. This is when I decided it is time to part ways. I would rather pay more for better products and service. It is not worth it to shop here. Use more reliable stores and services to save yourself the frustration.

I have been ordering from YOOX for years and I have been advertising it to my friends but it seems they need to train their employees in customer service better and they also need to change their policy and attitude. NOT only they delivered a defective product to me, a pair of shoes that one shoe was one colour, as it should be and the other had an intense discolouration. I asked for them to replace the defective item and they asked me to send them a photo, which I did and then they claimed that this is how the shoes should be! One shoe 1 colour and the other shoe discoloured with 2 colours! They also commented on the photo I have taken (with my iPhone X indoors perfect lighting) that it’s because of the photo that the shoes appear to be defective. No words!!! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Do not order from this site ... I usually don’t write reviews, however I’ve never been so frustrated with a company such as this. There customer service as well as there payment department is corrupt. No one knows what there doing ,and everyone kept passing the issue along so my problems were never resolved. And in fact ,they’ve blocked my account for future order b/c of a security issue. I’ve contacted my bank with them on the phone to prove I have no fraudulent activity on my account and they just simply hung up. This company is fraudulent in itself and corrupt... selling worn , broken merchandise!... they will eventually go bankrupt cunts!
