Victoria's Secret—Bras & More Status

I made a purchase on the site and until now I have not received confirmation of the order and the payment has already been debited from my bank account!

you can’t view the entire screen. You have to scroll back and forth constantly. It’s extremely annoying! Phone or iPad both do this There’s no search function anymore! Why would you get rid of this? The filter options don’t allow you to filter by bra type. Again, extremely annoying! Most annoying and most importantly! Stop sending out perfect coverage bras when full coverage bras are ordered. These are NOT the same and they should not be shipped out when a customer specifically orders a full coverage bra from the website. This isn’t simply a matter of a name change on the tag. I have been a Victoria’s secret customer for over 20 years and every bra that I own is from Victoria’s Secret, and I can tell you with certainty that these bras are different! The perfect coverage bra cup does not cover the full breast like the full coverage bra does and therefore they do not fit as well! If you are going to send out a perfect coverage bra, it needs to be listed as a perfect coverage bra on the app so that the customer can decide if that’s what they want. Now I have to waste my time and gas to return every single bra that is shipped to me as a perfect coverage bra when I order a full coverage bra, and i feel it is unfair of Victoria’s Secret to assume that it is okay to do this to their customers. if you aren’t going to carry full coverage bras anymore, then you need to notify your customers who purchase them so they can stop purchasing bras from you and start finding ones that fit properly elsewhere, it’s only fair!

App crashes when I try to make payment.

Why is your screen blank?

I am unable to make payment using app. It continues to crash even after I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version. This happens only when I try to visit credit card account. The shopping part works as expected

Hi. For 3 days now the. Victoria secret has crashed when I try to go to my vc credit card account to make a payment. I called the number on the back of my card and made a payment but the app still crashes. I have the latest one downloaded and I have rebooted my phone. This is the only app I am having issues with at the moment.
