Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (LawStack's FRCP) Reviews

This is a good - free - example of Tekk Innovations legal software products. The software has a nice interface. Good search capability that highlights search text in yellow in search results. Search takes advantage of * wildcard at the end of search terms only, that is, claim* returns claim, claims, claimant, but *claim does not return crossclaim or counterclaim. It is helpful that you can email entire rules or copy and paste select text. Would probably rate 4 stars if it wasn't free because it could use a few more features like permanent highlighting of text, inline note taking, bookmarking, checkmark search results that have been viewed, and next/previous search result. Overall very good product from a company that seems very serious about this type of product - check out their many federal and state products.

As a public interest lawyer in solo private practice, I use FederalRulesofCivilProcedureLawStacksFRCP all the time. It's easy, accessible and a quick resource. There's never a problem with crashing or availability or finding you book of federal rules.

Great app. Its quality is best evidenced by its usefulness. And I have found that I use FederalRulesofCivilProcedureLawStacksFRCP more than any other legal resource on my iPhone...and there are quite a few.

The FRCP amendments are included. This is a valuable resource. My only suggestion would be to make headings standout or use fonts/outline format to break up long rules.

Wonderful to have fed rules on iPad. Even has Advisory Comments. Great for quick reference in trial. If I need more info can go WestlawNext on iPad.

Super organized and easy to access. I leave my fed rules book at home.

FederalRulesofCivilProcedureLawStacksFRCP is definitely a great tool to have for law students and far more convenient than carrying around a book!

After downloading FederalRulesofCivilProcedureLawStacksFRCP, I no longer needed to bring my Civ Pro Supplement to class. Great app.
