Listonic app opens but doesn’t work— my lists don’t open. I downloaded a new app, but can’t login.

My husband and I have been using Listonic for a long time and we did not have any problems until now. My husband has changed his Android phone and now I don't see items that he puts on a List. He can see all of my changes on any List. We have tried everything: installing app again, send invitation to each other, rebooting phones. Nothing worked. Can you help us please? We don't wont different app. Thanks!

i can see any changes my wife on our shared lip sonic app but she cannot see mine. I am on an iPhone 13 and she uses a Samsung 7. What can we do?

How to fix Grocery List app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Grocery List app on iPhone
Update Grocery List app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Grocery List iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Grocery List on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Grocery List network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Grocery List Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Grocery List not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Grocery List App
1. On android, goto Settings » Grocery List » click [Force Stop]

Update Grocery List to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Grocery List App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Grocery List » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Grocery List.

Fix Grocery List unable to contact server/ Grocery List internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Grocery List » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Grocery List » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
