Hi I can't sync my list with my partner. Can you explain how to do that. I bought the app and so has my partner . But the 2 do not match. My list does not across to his and vice versa. Cheers Gigi

How to fix Shoppylist app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Shoppylist app on iPhone
Update Shoppylist app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Shoppylist iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Shoppylist on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Shoppylist network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Shoppylist Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Shoppylist not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Shoppylist App
1. On android, goto Settings » Shoppylist » click [Force Stop]

Update Shoppylist to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Shoppylist App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Shoppylist » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Shoppylist.

Fix Shoppylist unable to contact server/ Shoppylist internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Shoppylist » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Shoppylist » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Shoppylist
