I like the app. It's very useful, at least it was till it stopped working. It has had intermittent problems losing settings since I first installed it but 4 days ago it lost all settings and I can't get them back. No stores available, no nothing.

App is not syncing on iPad / iPhone. Items entered on iPhone or by Siri not populating on iPad. Items entered on iPad DO populate on iPhone. Please advise.

How to fix Grocery app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Grocery app on iPhone
Update Grocery app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Grocery iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Grocery on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Grocery network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Grocery Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Grocery not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Grocery App
1. On android, goto Settings » Grocery » click [Force Stop]

Update Grocery to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Grocery App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Grocery » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Grocery.

Fix Grocery unable to contact server/ Grocery internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Grocery » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Grocery » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Grocery
